We have a wide selection of winter delicacies, including our signature "white sesame mackerel," a three-item assortment of fresh sashimi, red sea cucumber in vinegar from Omura, Nagasaki Prefecture, and seared Spanish mackerel.This homemade tofu, made with cod, is an elegant dish topped with crab sauce.We also offer "White Braised Pork Belly," made with pork belly from Itoshima simmered in Japanese-style broth.The main dish is a special duck hot pot made in a tea pot, featuring thigh meat from Hakata Gokumi duck and plenty of root vegetables.Enjoy the refined sweetness of the fat and the deep umami flavor.
