For the main course, we'll be serving Ishikari hot pot made with autumn salmon from Hokkaido.Using sake lees from Fukuoka's famous sake "Tanaka Rokugo" and Kyushu barley miso, we've created a hot pot that lets you enjoy the essence of Hakata with a rich, flavorful soup made with butter.We'll serve ramen noodles to finish off your hot pot meal.This is a truly satisfying course where you can savor the delicious flavors of autumn down to the last drop.

Furthermore, exclusively for this course, you can add a premium all-you-can-drink option featuring local Kyushu sake for an additional 500 yen (tax included), instead of the usual 1,000 yen (tax included).
